Industrial Relations in Turkey

Social Dialogue matters

TÜSIAD

TÜSIAD (Türk Sanayicileri ve İşadamları Derneği -Turkish Industrialists’ and Businessmen’s Association) was founded in 1971 as an attempt to organize Turkish Businessmen and reverse the import-substitution economic policies of that era.

TÜSIAD organizes about 600 Turkish entrepreneurs. It is not an official partner in the national social dialogue institutions, but is nevertheless an important industrial relations actor in Turkey.
